Colleen's Candle Creations, LLC was created by a homeschooling Christian family as a way to share the light of Christ with all who purchase a candle. An opportunity to be used by God to bless others and luminate their life. These candles are fresh, long-lasting, earth-friendly, and allergy-friendly. I love burning my candles and you will too. Colleen's Candle Creations, LLC. enjoys making candles that can be burned everyday. We are newly established small company that hand makes, hand pours, and hand crafts each candle. These beautiful all natural candles is blessing from God and we take pride in our craftmanship. Our company's name was given my brilliant husband Marshell 5th. Our candles are handmade from the finest quality wax, wick, jars, scent and packaging. We pride ourselves on using only local organic, toxin free ingredients in our candles, and package it with care.
When you burn one of Colleen's Candle Creations candles you are overwhelmed by an experience. As a light gentle fragrance strong enough to flood your space (with a delightful smell airy, flowery, musky or custom scent) but gentle enough not to suffocate you. Our Everyday Candles are for burning and with each candle sold it helps us fulfill our mission as seen in Matthew 5:16, Let your light shine before men so that they will see you and glorify your Father in heaven.(paraphrase) It is like having a little bit of God's light shinning in your home. Colleen's Candle Creations, LLC Shipping Policy
It is my top priority to process and ship all your candles within 3-5 business days (i.e. M-F) using USPS First Class, Priority Mail Service, Sendle, or UPS. Our current processing time will always be listed at the bottom of our website. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent for each order by email or texted after your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive and order or shipping confirmation email, please double check your spam folder and add us to your email address book to avoid missing any updates.
We are not responsible for any errors made by you on your billing and shipping information, double check your information before submitting. If a package is delivered to the wrong address you will have to order and pay again. If the package is returned to Colleen's Candle Creations, LLC you will be responsible for the charges to have it reshipped.
LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES
Once the package has left the our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of Colleen's Candle Creations, LL. Please contact the shipping provider for help locating lost or delayed packages. Thanks.
ITEMS MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please report any incorrect items in your order within 5 days of receiving it and proof of error. Double check the shipment and take pictures of what you receive and send it to us at colleenscandlecreations@gmail.com for us to solve the problem.
